Yes, it's that time AGAIN...I have scheduled a cut at Curve Salon for next month. No need to be sad...I'm excited about it!

I haven't been visible the last couple of months. Reason, not much has been new with the do. Also, I just haven't been "happy" with its condition. Because I don't have a stylist up here, I've been going waaaay too many months without trimmings. Therefore, many knots and splits have formed, causing my hair not to style and look as healthy as it should. So I decided to go ahead and let the experts do there magic and hopefully get a good start to the new year. As a result, I'm going to hold off on progress updates until the end of the year.

Right now, I've just uploaded a few photos from a couple of B-day celebrations I've attended recently. As you can see, Im still sporting the low pony puff and every once in a while, let it lose a bit into the big puff. Even I get tired of looking at the same type of photos in my album. I'm hoping that with my new cut, all the heat damaged hair will be gone and I'll comfortabley be able to wear my hair completely out and sucessfully experiment with other styles.

On that note....happy hair growing everyone!!!!

Keep an eye out

Best wishes to ya! DON'T FORGET to take the before and after for us all.

ETA:
Why all the heat dmg? I mean I am sure that you were probably blowdrying or straightening or both, but how come? You have some lovely natural hair girl! Wear it proud! Off to see the updates :)

Heat damage from waaaay back transitioning. At one point the whole length of the strand in certain areas at the front of my hair was straight. Now that most of it has grown out, I'd say about 1-2 inches of damaged hair remain in that problem area (front left). It's all good though...time to let it go!

i cant wait till im natural!!! ive been to the curve salon website and they all have luvely heads of hair...im sure that yours will truly look wonderful...oh wait you have got beautiful hair..;-)...God Bless and Happy Growing

Your hair looks good to me, I don't see anything wrong with it, but I guess you know better than I do, but it definitely looks great especially your layered pictures froom your growing out of that cut, I just love layers,;) . Enjoy your new cut,:) .
