Thanks. At least it confirms what most of us have learned. In addition, the article read: " 2 mg of biotin . . .is the minimum for healthy hair. " So now I do not feel bad about taking 5mg per day or even 10mg.
 
Good article. This just encourages me to keep on taking my biotin.
