Alright I want to know how long your hair be without looking bumping under a weave! I remember Amerie weave a short weave (her hair is about brastap but i know it very fine) so does anyone know? before it starts it looks bumpy...

I think you can have any length of hair. It just depends on the braid pattern and size of your braids under the weave. If you have alot of hair you want very small/thin cornrows for a flatter weave. HTH! :)

thank you so much! because I know me even once i reach my goals I still want slap a weave on that tip!
I love differnet looks and styles :)

Yes I was a little confused by the question but yes. I have a stylist that does my weaves. LOts of her clients have hair down their backs (I'm jealous). She braids hair to the back instead of side to side or in a circle

Ive had sew-ins in the past, and my hair is a pretty decent length.... however, it is VERY fine, so the cornrows are relatively thin/flat against my head (so thin that the stylist usually has to sew synthetic hair into the cornrows).

My hair is rather thick and I was wondering if I would still be able to get a sew-in if my hair was midback or so..

THanks :)

well my hair is very thick and it's past apl almost bsl and I'm rocking a weave. My stylist used a circular method for braiding, I've had it in for about 12+ weeks, it's beginning to get that crazy beehive, it started around week 10.
