Wearing a braid or plat.

Hi,

I want to start wearing my ponytail in a braid or plat. Does anyone know of a good bow or rubber band to wear on the ends that will not break the ends of my hair off. I was tempted to try wearing the rubber band the supposedly doesn't break your hair, but I wasn't sure.

Any suggestions?

But if I have to I coat or soak regular rubber bands in oil. That way they can easily be broken at the end of the day.

I use those and they don't work well for me, I wish they did.
