Does anyone know of a good wash and go technique for transitioners? Also, if you have pics, it would be great!

I just checked out your album and your hair is BEAUTIFUL!

I have a question for you Xcellence... in that Curl Rocks photo, what type of product is Curl Rocks??? And is the only product you used on your hair for that scrunched look? If not, what other products did you use???

Are you transitioning from a relaxer or texturizer? How much processed hair do you have left? Depending on the difference in the two textures, a wash and go may not turn out quite right. From my personal experience, my relaxed ends would have looked very straggly had I attempted a wash and go during my transition. My wash and go technique is: wash, detangle in the shower, shake my head a few times, apply product and shake a few more times. That's it. HTH :)

I think Curl Rocks is a Tigi product...u can get it from Trade Secrets or Regis. I think that was the only product I applied in addition to my normal leave-ins (Giovani Direct Leave In, African Pride Leave In, and 911 Leave In). I have not used it in awhile but on second thought I may have to pull it out again.

I have a few inches I think. I have not measured it. I tried a wash n go before but my only problem was my hair was extremely tangled as it dried. It took FORVEVR to deal with the next time I washed it.
