Hey everybody! It had been a long time since I actually took the time to curl my hair. The first pictures I posted were much, much older. The only heat that has been applied to my hair was from a chi iron.

I washed my hair using Herbal Essences Purifying shampoo, then condtioned under the dryer using Suave Mink & Honey mixed with castor oil and warm honey. That left me with NO SLIP, and a tangled mess. So I re-washed using CON, then applied a healthy dose of Fantasia Hair polisher mixed with a little KeraCare Humecto Cream Conditioner. The comb slid through my hair with ease! I let it air dry overnight, then applied Cantu Grow Strong Treatment. Even without it, my hair was extremely soft! I snipped my ends, just a little, then applied Redken Heat Glide to my sectioned hair. I curled it with a regular ol' curling iron, applied a little more Cantu to my ends, and rolled it up.

It was very soft, and full of body and shine! I do believe Redken and Cantu work well together (at least for my 4b hair!) I love it!, but next wash, it is back to the ol' srunchie /images/graemlins/laugh.gif /images/graemlins/lachen70.gif

In the photo at the very bottom, the curls are in tact. I did comb it out though, very lightly with the rattail end of a bone comb. Thank you ladies for the compliments! You guys are the sweetest! /images/graemlins/clap.gif
