i've ordered from them several times & have never had a problem. their prices are comparable to vitacost.com. my orders usually get to me in about 3-4 days. they often have coupons for $5 off your order so that takes care of the shipping price. i usually order name brand products but i did order their brand in an herb i was taking. it seemed no different than the name brand i was taking before.

right now "swan77" works for 10% off or "newfriend" works for $1.99 shipping. shipping is normally $4.99. you can only use one coupon at a time though.
