I hope I didn't post already in this thread coz I keep answering no to this question. Actually I'm 4b natural so no curls - however nothing about my hair has been loosened. I wouldn't mind if it had happened coz I don't know of any 4b who would be mad about a little less shrinkage - but it just has not. I used henna monthly from 2k5 till this year - 5 years. Stopping coz I'm tired of henna red and regular hair dye won't take over henna.

YES! But I think it depends on the curl pattern you have to begin with. I'm in the 3s so yes it loosened my curl pattern a lot! I still have my curls, but I can brush them out now without my hair getting puffy, just wavy. Or when I just do a wash and go after the first night of sleeping on my hair the curls fall out to waves. Also, my flat irons and wraps last longer.
