I am very curious about the Vonte products that Monique uses on her hair. Has anyone tried them and if so what was your experience? I have these items on my to try list once the May challenge is over.

I've read about the products in Essence, but I've only found one place online that sells any and they only sell two of the products!

I have seen them in the Beauty Supply store near my house but I have never tried them myself. The ingredients didn't look like anything spectacular or different from anything else out there right now.

I think they make a shine serum that one of my co-workers uses and I always tease her about her hair looking like a weave b/c it is always so damn shiny. (She also gets a cellophane done once a month)

I tried the Silk Effects. IMO, it's a fancy and expensive version of QP Glaze or Let's Jam.

yes i also readd about these products in essence, thanks valleygirl for posting a link to their products. Essence and one of those black hair magazines mentioned that their products were good.

i have recently purchased some of these products, in an effort to find the perfect products for my hair. once i have accomplished this, i will no longer be a product junkie. i have tried the silk effects but the jury is still out on this one. i have only had my products for a week so its too soon to tell if i like them. i have yet to use the shampoo and mint conditioner that i ordered but i think that i might like the leave in conditioner. will let u know after a few more tries. if u are interested you can purchase the products off the website--- www.vonteproducts.com
