VO5 Kiwi Lime Clarifying or Giovanni Tea Tea

I have both these shampoos and when I take out my braids I want to clarify my hair, but I don't know which one would do a better job of clarifying my hair without leaving any residue on my hair?

I was also wondering if I should do the ORS Replenishing Pak as a pre poo before I clarify my hair?

I use this shampoo only diluted with water and pour it over my dry hair. Then I scrub my scalp and rinse. I only repeat if my hair is still dirty. All to make sure I don't over do it and dry out my hair.
I'd use the ORS pak afterwards. If your hair is too dirty then the conditioner might not take as well. I only use this poo when i'm using oil anyway.
