Vitamins to Encourage Growth in Thin Areas

Which vitamins are good for thickening my thinning crown area? My hypothyroidism seems to be level & I want to work on growing my hair back.

look into the thinning and shedding threads. You like myself have dht issue. By different reasons. Yours is htdism. Mine is plain old male/female pattern baldness. Nioxin vits help believe it or not. MSM powder helps. But the best thing to do is to lower the high testosterone/dht in your sys. Stay away from alot of carbs and inflammatory foods. I do saw palmetto blend also at walmart. hth

Anaya-Amani i've heard good things about biotin, but the acne that comes with it is a major turn off for most people. you should do a quick search. if i'm remembering correctly, there's a really long thread somewhere on here about it

Thank u 4 the replies. I've had so much shedding lately it makes me kinda nervous!!!! I take Smoothie King hair skin & nails & multi vitamins for women & I was seeing some thickness but the shedding is scary!
