I would really appreciate anyone's help on this issue:

I'm trying very hard to grow out my hair. I want to buy some vitamins, but I am on a serious budget right now. So for the following vitamins, could somenoe give me a cheaper alternative than some of the name brands and where they get them and how much it costs?Thx!

1. Biotin
2. B-vitamin
3. Multivitamin
4. Flaxseed Oil
5. MSM Vitamin

If there is another one you swear by, please post. Thx!

You can get biotin really cheap here. I think they also have inexpensive B-Complex.

And I get my Essential Fatty Acids which contain Flaxseed Oil and Evening Primrose from a health food store here in St. Louis called Wild Oats. I only pay $4.99 for 100 tablets.

I'm still on the lookout for a cheap, yet effective multivitamin myself.

I'm with Jen. Puritan's Pride is the way to go for superior quality with inexpensive prices. The current sale of buy 1, get 2 free ends tomorrow, so defintiely check them out soon.
Coupon code for $5.00 of is 332371, expires April 30.

Their organic flaxseed oil is actually quite good. I'm like Jen in that I do have a preference for Flora's flaxseed oil the best for me.

1). I order vitamin's from Puritan Pride also, but I saw some biotin at Wal-mart for $1.39 (100ct---1000mcg) and I've used the biotin from Target it was like $2.39 (1000mcg/ 100 tablets.) right now, I'm taking the Puritan Pride biotin, but my hair did grow while I was using the Target brand, and I'll probably buy it again, or I'll try the Wal-mart brand.

2).I get my B 50-complex from Wal-mart; it only costs about $3 for 60 tablets (I think).

3). I think Sam's club is also good for vitmains. They have Flaxseed oil, Evening Primrose and Fish Oil for only like $5 or $6 for I didn't check the ct, but I think the bottle had 200-500 soft gels.

4). Sam's Club is also the best place for MSM. The Sam's Mark Brand. For $12 you get 300 pills, and they're 1000mg.

5). Right now, I'm getting ripped off with the multi because I'm buying it from GNC (UltraNourishair), but I usually purchase it at the first of the month, so I can get a member discount. I get 90 tablets for $13 (lasts a month and 1/2. Some online multi's like Country Life's Maxi Hair and some others are cheaper, but then you have to pay shipping and handling.)

******By the way ladies, GNC has a sale on their Pro Performance Whey powder Protein right now. Comes in flavors strawberry, vanilla and chocolate. It's only $21 for a 3lb container (if you're a gold member it'll only cost $17). That's cheaper than the PP brand.

Walmart has a new hair skin and nail vitamin for like 6 or 7 dollars and it has MSM and other vitamins in it.

Thanks so much for all of your responses you all!
