Vitamins = Headaches

Recently, I began with my regime of vitamins again, this time around, I've incorporated b-5. I've noticed that I've been experiencing headaches. Do you think it could be the b-5? any experiences?
 
it might be. I take most of my vitamins at night so that I would not have to experience this. But I have had vitamin headaches also. Especially if you begin taking alot at one time.
 
My body chemistry may be different than yours, but I have never experienced headaches with B5 - or any B vitamin, in fact. I have had them with MSM however.
 
I had the same problem with the B5. I finally figured out that when I took the vitamin (500mg) with breakfast, I did not get a headache. On the days I didn't have breakfast and took the vitamin, I had a terrible migraine that made me nauseous as well.

So, take it with food and see if that will help. I think it will.
