I have a battle of L-Methionine and MSM and I want to take them together. What do you guys think? Is that a good idea or even safe. I googled it and couldn't really find much in favor or against.

Both will work by adding sulfur to your body. Methionine is one of the few sulfur bearing amino acids.
My suggestion, s9tart out slow with one for a month and then add the other. I would probably start out with the MSM first because that is the one many have problems with in the beginning. Both work better with a little vitamin c so you can take with your favorite fortified juice or whatever.

Amino acids work best when taken off and on. You don't want to take a single formed amino acid for more than 2-3 months straight.

So a possible regime for you could be

month 1- MSM...(start with lowest dose possible, increasing 500mg at a time over a couple of months)
month 2- MSM and methionine
month 3- MSM..you can start increasing it.....and methionine
month 4- MSM...increase if you want too
month 5- MSM
month 6- MSM and methionine
and so on
