Virgin Coconut Oil

Does anyone use this? I heard it was alot more beneficial for hair than the Fractionated version that oilsbynature.com sells. Any thoughts?

I use it and I think it's wonderful! Plus coconut oil helps prevent protein loss so I rarely have to do protein treatments now.

I use Extra Virgin Coconut Oil on my hair to seal in moisture. And I mix it with my Aveda Anti-Humectant Pomade when I'm pressing my hair. That combo leaves my hair light, silky, and full of body.
