How can i use vinegar to rise my hair /images/graemlins/confused.gif do i need to add water or some oil to be able to use it?

To do an apple cider vinegar rinse (ACV), I find that 1/4 cup of vinegar to 4 cups of cool water does the trick. You don't want too much vinegar. Your hair should feel really nice afterward, not stripped. I follow mine with a moisturising conditioner. HTH!

It's a really good, gentle clarifying treatment that's not drying or stripping. It also restores the ph balance of the hair.

At what stage in the washing process should it be used? Final rinse? Before conditioning? After shampooing? Thanks /images/graemlins/smile.gif

Some people use it after shampooing; I prefer to use it as the final rinse to remove the conditioner/honey mix I use and leave it in.
