I don't really follow her YT channel like that...but she seems to have a TV-show personality, so I guess its cool. She does have a cute face and body so its cool to learn that she parlayed a "hobby" into a paying gig. Can't be mad at that.

But to learn that Motions (and now I will paying attention to OTHER companies) use hair pieces and wigs to model their products. :ohwell: :nono:

I'm ecstatic for Ateyaa.

I'm not sure why people are surprised that companies use wigs and weaves in their ads. It's not just a "black company" thing. Big name celebrities that endorse hair products immediately come to mind such as Sarah Jessica Parker (Garnier - L'Oreal), Beyonce (Feria Hair Color - L'Oreal), Eva Longoria (L'Oreal), and Letoya Luckett and Keyshia Cole (Luster's). None of these women are wearing their real hair in every ad.

FYI - skin care companies airbrush the women in their ads, clothing companies use shapewear, and nail companies (ex: OPI) have ladies wearing fake nails. I'm being facetious, but come on now....we can't believe what we see in any ad unless it specifically states "unretouched/model's real hair, etc.".....at least Motions is using a real woman that people can relate to.

Lawd, why did they put that Beyonce wig on her? Other than that, she looks nice. The short wig is cute too.

Unrelated to the photoshoot: I must admit her hair is looking better. She should start stretching her relaxers more often, cause now her hair looks thicker than before when she was relaxing every 4 weeks. She's bounced back from her setback nicely, good for her. Now, she just needs not rip through her newgrowth with the comb.

In her last touch up video I think she stretched for six months, which is a huge achievement for someone who normally relaxes every four weeks. If she can keep that up I'm sure her bair will thrive.
