It is similar(almost the same) as the Caruso steam setter at Sally's.

^^yeah i've seen the Caruso brand but i'm hesitant to get those because i read a lot of reviews where people said the units would work fine for a little while then just quit working. plus the VS brand is only $19.99-$25.99 compared $39.99 & up for the Caruso brand.

I did a quick check, it looks as if its no longer available. However, ulta.com offers an ionic roller set by Revlon for around the same price. You might be able to combine that with their current coupon and get an additional $3.50 off OR 20%.
