I searched the threads and could not come up with an answer to this one. I know so many of you ladies are very experienced whereas I have yet to try something like this. I don't want to mess up my little ingredient stash. So, does anyone have any ideas for a homemade Vatika recipe. Also, I would like to incorporate Red Palm Oil if that is possible. Help...

I have the list of ingredients on the back of my Vatika bottle, but i'm not sure thats enough to make my own...

I dont even know what neem, brahmi, or some of the other oils in it are... if i knew, (and if it proved to be cheaper) then i'd make my own too....

bump....

Exactly, I've seen a list of ingredients, but I don't know what that stuff is--even after googling it. I don't know which ingredients are the necessary ones and which I can leave out and in what proportions as I've never gotten my hands on actual Vatika. I figure that, of course, coconut oil, and amla and henna, I think rosemary too, but what does neem do? brahmi? harar? etc.
