Vatika Frosting, Shikakai Poo Bar, cocasta oil

...I just bought vatika frosting, the shikakai shampoo bar, and the cocasta shikakai oil from hairveda.com....now....what the heck am i supposed to do with them. (see this is how u know ur a true PJ when u buy a product cuz it looks nice or the title sounds good, get home, and don't know a thing to do with it. I know there are a lot of threads about these products but they're kinda vague in detail. so someone tell me EVERYTHING u know!

I've used the frosting before to pre-poo, seal in moisturizers, and to coat my hair before relaxing.

I have the oil & the bar. I use the oil for pre-pooing & daily oiling.
I use the bar once a week to shampoo; however, I only use the suds on my scalp & the rest of my hair is cleansed as it trickles down. HTH

Yeah, me too. The cocasta oil is a great prepoo, also. I use it before the bar. The shikakai bar is heavenly. I was shocked at how detangled and soft my hair got when I used this. I was thinking about this driving home from work this morning. I think I might use it tonight.
