Do you condition wash (or shampoo) your hair daily to get that greasy feeling off of your hair so as to not stain ur satin cap/pillow/sheets

? I've been using Hollywood Beauty Castor Oil on my ends for the past week (i will add that it definately keeps 'em moist) and i just can't get with that greasy feeling when i take down my bun (which for some reason, i believe, attributes to my dry ends

I use vaseline on my ends...It's very good..
It makes me feel safer knowing my ends aren't dry and breaking off...

That Hollywood Castor Oil was WAY to thick.. I think it dried my ends out too.. I quickly tossed that stuff, well I do use it to base my scalp before touch-ups

I used to use the Castor Oil every day, but since I started using it only 2-3 time a week, I don't get that greasy feeling anymore. Also, I only use a dab. When I started doing this, I was using too much.

Maybe using a clarifying conditioner (V05 Kiwi and lime or Suave) to do your conditioner wash would help??? (followed by a moisturizing conditioner. I rinse my hair fairly often, so I never really noticed the buildup except when I was using the stuff daily.

Depending on how many inches you consider the ends, and considering the length of your hair, maybe you could just wash the ends themselves that you put the vaseline on to get rid of the greasiness, since you probably already moisturizer your ends daily, it wouldnt necessarily be an added waste of product...

I dont touch my hair after i put my hair in a vaselined bun so the grease thing is not a problem. I only clarify my hair when I want to wear it down
