v05 pre shampoo hot oil treatment

Is great! I tried it today and it totally transformed my hair. At first I was thinking if you hot oil then shampoo won't all the benefits go down the drain with it? on the contrary, it kept my hair feeling moist, and strong troughout the whole wash.

I didn't feel like I had to condition after, of course I did though.
I noticed that a lot of people do hot oil treatments, I'm so mad at not trying this sooner!

true..Hot oil treatments are the bomb... I normally don't do them until I have a lot of new growth(6-9 weeks)...it really helps to condition my new growth,especially when I use castor oil...

I like hot oil pre-treatments also...doing it afterwards always left me with a greasy head of hair.

The V05 pre-shampoo hot oil treatment is a good one! I have it also.
