While I rinsed it out in the shower and smooth my hair down with my hand. I had like 10 - 20 strands each time that came out, like three times. Is this normal? Should I through this product away asap?

If that isn;t what normally happens when you condition your hair, I would probably give it away. I had a similar experience with ORS Hair Mayo....after trying to get it to work for me, I finally made up my mind that it wasn't for me when I had more hair than usual in my comb.

I really have to learn to accept (more quickly)when a product doesn't work for me.
