Bobbie: Yes, I've always had a fast growth rate..I think that's hereditary on my part, although I do scalp massages twice a week before I wash.

Regina: Yes, I am *really* excited, but only when I look at the pics because I wear my hair in a bun most of the time, and even when I wear it down I can't tell that it's grown.

Crystena: Yes, Nexxus products are STILL my staples. I use Therappe, Keraphix, Emergencee, and Aloe Rid as scheduled. The only thing that I don't use exclusively is the Headress..I use Biolage Leave-in Tonic more often.

Gigi, here's my regimine:
Friday:
1) Shampoo w/ Therappe
2) Condition w/ Humectress & EVOO
3) Rinse w/ LUST
4) Biolage Leave-in Tonic, Elasta QP Mango Butter, either WGO or CD HHB
5) Airdry or sit under the hooded dryer for a few minutes.

Monday:
Steps 2-5 from above.

I use keraphix every 2 weeks, clarify once a month, and use emergencee after my relaxer.
