they're of my hair in January just before I got my hair trimmed. Hopefully, I'll have more success at retaining my growth next time round. I'm adding conditioner washes and nightly ends maintenance to my regimen. I hope that will help my progress.

congrats on your progress, looks like your pass APL when stretched. I just can't believe that stylists burned you w/a curling iron like that, , I hoped you sewwed them because that was serious and your still dealing w/it. My mom was burned on her face, and sure did call her lawyer, and yes she got paid, . Well you hair is nice and thick, and so dark, HHG.

Congrats..... You're well on your way to where you want to be by your next trim. It's so thick and pretty!!!

thanks for the kind words and encouragement. I was actually starting to feel a bit discouraged 'cause my hair seems to have been at the same length for a long time. I have another trim coming in about a month so I'm looking forward to seeing how I did.

About getting burned, I figured instead of sueing, I would just never go to a stylist again. So I do my own hair now and go only for trims. Me, my hair and my scalp have been much happier since :)

I hope more conditioning will help me retain more of my growth. I'll see how the next few months go :)
