my hair was this long before BUT it was broken off and see-through in the back.

This pic was right before it really started to break off. my hair was dry, brittle and damaged! (don't look at the soon to be ex-husband )

LHCF taught me to put down the blower dryer and flat iron, and to stretch.

OT: How was the concert??? I was ALMOST at the Prospect Park show Sat too, but I had bought my tickets to see The Roots two days before the Sugarwater concert was announced (they were on the same night). This is the SECOND summer I missed this concert I did peep Erykah Friday night at the screening of "Before the Music Dies" presented by her (well, she was LATE, lol) and ?uestlove did the after party. It was a GREAT weekend in the NY/NJ area!

it was good but the way it was setup kinda sucked. we did not have seats and i wore high heals. a learned my lesson

queen latifah, jill scott and erykah rocked however, erykah did not sing "tyrone".

i saw some cute guys too. thinking about moving to brooklyn
