Well I went back to Sally's today to speak with the girl I spoke with. She was so nice. Turned out I dyed my hair red hot red which in turn does look orange on the box. I was going for Grace's color on Will and Grace. Well she helped me with some good condish that I am going to use tonight and I will do another good hot oil treatment now that I am not frantic. I had to tell my hair I was sorry. 
Ladies last night I was in utter tears and I also thought all my hair was going to fall out. Some stylest make you feel like if they don't do your hair oh my God you are just messed up. I was telling the stylest that because I exercise daily and have bad allegies I wash my hair 3 to 4 times a week. Lord have mercy what did I tell her that fo. Now really my hair is going to fall out that is too much washing. Trying to explain I don't wash it I just condish wash and that was a even Girl I have heard of all this stuff and it aint good for yo hair. Just keep it up. I wanted to tell her well thanks to all this stuff my hair has grown more than it ever had and my naturl hair is so healthy.
