Update on synthetic lace front and my big ole fro (pic heavy!!)

I promised Reg's Wife I would post some pics of my synthetic lace front from when I went to Miami. It held up pretty good. I ended up using tape on the front since I didnt want any wig slipage mishaps lol.

The ends of the wig brushed against my shoulders and they're rageddy now. My best friend says it makes the wig look real (Im like who walks around with split ends like that!). Next time I get synthetic Ill leave it a little longer to avoid the shoulder brush.

I also attaced a pic of the bodywave unit applied. I made a little boo boo and you can see a bit of the tape at the edge but its fixed now. The problem was I didnt get my natural hair flat enough and it pulled the wig back.

And my hair has really grown since being in protective styles since August and using MT for the past 8 weeks. I blew out my hair for the first time in a while and thought Id post a few pics.

WOW. I like both. You look like 2 different people. What brand did you use for your synthetic lace front? It looks natural.

Thanks guys! I ordered it from the Chinese vendor Holly. Her website is www.wigsandclosures.com.

I put myself on a protective styling challenge till this summer but I cant wait to wear my natural hair out. Its not easy getting all my hair under that wig!
 
girl, im so tired of doing my hair...and I'm wearing lace fronts now too and i luv it! I like the bodywave wig, is that synthetic too? Oh yeah, i enjoyed your youtube vids..keep them coming
 
The wig looks nice but your hair looks amazing :love: :lovedrool: How DO you fit all that hair under your wig? Do you cornrow it?

Thats how I felt for a while and Im so impatient I somewhat tear through my hair :sad: My hair grows best with protective styling and these wigs have been great. The bodywave is synthetic also. And thanks for watching my vids!
 
One day someone is going to have to show how you put all that hair under a lace front because I just can't picture it. Need some step by step instructions with lots of pics. :)

Love the synethic wig...does look natural but I am like you I can't stand the way the ends end up looking. I want to get a real one though but with my hair doing so well now I am not sure if I want to cover it up. Just might for the winters though....Love the fro too! Very big...I could never get my hair that big!
