You are doing great! please share your regimen. Do u have a fotki? Your hair is really very pretty.
My hair grew a lot in the spring and summer and it has slowed down tremendously. I cant decide if its bc it slows down in the winter naturally or because I stopped cowashing so frequently....or both.
I plan to start back with vitamins in the new year.

Hi Leslie! My fotki is foki.com/nannypans. My regimen is in the journal section. The PW is shtow. Maybe u need to start using a heavier moisturizer in the winter. I seal with hot six oil and I moisturize a lot more now. I use nexxus humectress 2x a day and use mizani h20 nighttime treatment every 2-3 nights. Both products help really well with moisture. I also switched to Kenra shampoo (diluted, i add tea tree oil) and conditioner and this has helped a lot as well. HTH!
