who is mixing MT and OCT for growth? what kind of results are you all getting?

I just bought my mt and I have no funds for oct. I thought it was the same company, just higher priced because it is marketed to humans not animals...lol

I don't get why you would need to mix the two....can someone explain?

Please let me know, I am still a newbie and I don't understand all the ends and outs of this hair stuff!!

I am using MT only along with the cream rinse and botanical spray. They work very well together. I really like MT the way it is and it works for me. I don't mix it with anything and my hair is fine. I do add on top of it as a moisturizer but this is normal for me. I use MT as a conditioner. Some also use the two together because they feel that MT gives you the thickness and OCT gives you the length. But those that are using them both seperatly get the same results. So it's up to you.

MT was originally created for humans but that was discontinued to create the OCT system and the horse version was born. Same company different market, different prices. Some people aren't comfortable with bottles that say horses on them. I don't care I WUV horses. I miss horseback riding.

Just a minor point of clarifcation - MT Cell Rebuilder was originally created for horses, and then humans started using it, and Eqyss did testing, and confirmed that it was safe for use on people.
Eqyss then made the Rejuvenator, a Mega-Tek product specifically for humans. That one was discontinued in favor of DC Labs' (Eqyss subcompany) Ovation system made specifically for humans.
The horse version (safe for humans) version of the Mega-Tek CR is what most people are using who are using MT. I think a couple of ladies managed to find a seller of the Rejuvenator.... but... yeah.

Maybe more info than you needed, but I wanted to be sure the tangled path was clear.
