OK ladies. I'm really getting serious about this hairgrowth thing. I previously tried the Ultranourishair for a month, but I wasn't consistent. I've read the ingredients list and the forum. I've seen Ultranourishair mentioned more, but Hair, Skin and Nails has much more biotin. On another board, someone is alternating days with both vitmains. Feedback is appreciated.

I used ultranourishair a while back, but stopped buying it. For the price, I found that I got more of what I needed just by taking the essentials separately (MSM, biotin, etc); however, if you're not keen on taking each separately, I would just take one of those. Alternating is probably not a bad idea. I'm not sure what the price difference is either between the 2 brands.

I take both but I just recently tried the UltraNourishair. I had been taking the H,S,N for months. The UltraNourish hair made my eyelashes grow so I'm gonna say I like that one better. :lachen:

I would go with the hair, skin, and nail vitamins if it were me. With the hair vitamins, sure your hair would benefit but why not go with the one for the hair, skin, and nails? Thats three in one so I would definitely go with the hair, skin, and nail

So eyelashes can really grow:) I've been wanting longer eyelashes for a while now.........so maybe there is hope:) Can't you just take both-just curious?

I have used both of GNC Ultra nurish hair and GNC H.S.N and I would have to go w/the H.S.N. I got the most out of that vitamin all around.

I tried them both and for me I liked the Ultranourish Hair Vitamins by GNC better than the Hair, Skin and Nails.

Thanks for all the input ladies! :) I think I might try alternating from Aug 27th until my B-day (Dec 27th) as a personal challenge. I had also considered purchasing the Biotin separately and maybe a little MSM as another option. I've read quite a few posts on the forum about texture changes due to MSM use and breakouts from Biotin. I love my naps so I want to keep my texture. As for the breakouts, who wants that? Have any of you personally experienced it? what did you do about it?
