Ulta Grand Openings - DC Metro Area

The new ULTA in Springfield, VA will open tomorrow. It is located at the intersection of Frontier Drive and Franconia Road (across from Springfield Mall). On November 21st, The Woodbridge, VA Ulta will have its grand opening also. This one is located on the Prince William Parkway (near the back of Potomac Mills Mall).

I live about 5 min. from Woodbridge location and have seen it slowly come up. I had been wondering....what is ULTA?
