I've been using it for several years now...I always use a moisturizing conditioner afterwards so I've never experienced tangles. I am currently experimenting with other products now but more than likely I will probably re-purchase more once the bottle I have gets empty.

I began my quest to strengthen and grow my hair with the entire UBH line. This was about 2.5 months ago. I love these products. The conditioner does make your hair slightly hard but if you follow up with a instant conditioner you'll be fine. My hair has improved alot!

I've tried this again and I like it better this time around. I followed up with a moisturizing conditioner like ya'll suggested and it worked out way better this time round. After 4 failed attempts, this 5th try was a charm. Its soft AND strong. Better slip too. Thumbs up 4 me!

I love this product! Keeps my hair strong.

Like most people have suggested, follow up with an instant conditioner for slip and softness.

It's purpose is for true deep conditioning, so don't skip the heat; it's vital to ensure proper penetration of the ingredients into the hair shaft.

I find it no longer necessary to pay the salon to do a deep conditioning treatment.......it does the job for me!

I used this product in the first six months of my hair care. I must admit that it worked very well, it help bring my damaged breaking hair to a healthy state. I would not have any problems recommending it to anyone starting off their hair journey. I also agree with the other ladies that it does not give much slip. But it is a great strengtherner (sp) and scalp stimulator.

I have this conditioner but I haven't used it yet because I've been using the homemade version long before it came. I may never order it again because I absolutely love the homemade version. :D

What exactly have you been using to make your own version at home? Can you please post a recipe? Thanks
