What type of diet do you need for healthy, long, and thick hair??? If there is anyone out there that can help me out, please give suggestions for 'breakfast', 'lunch' and 'dinner'. I sometimes feel like I'm not eating enough; i can go w/o eating breakfast, or lunch, or dinner on certain days.

But I have started drinking more water and fruit juices instead of sodas which is good...You can even suggest what you do as a diet or daily eating plan

A diet high in protein is really good and of course drinking lots of water. I just eat fish and chicken and my veggies and fruits. Drink a gallon a day...over time you will see your hair growing. hth

Eating a diet with lots of veggies and fruits for fiber, protein, 8 glass of H20 per day and exercising is a good way to start. You said that you don't have breakfast sometimes, that's really not a good idea this sets you up to overeat later and to eat all the wrong things too! (my opinion)IF you go to growafrohairlong.com, Robin (owner of site) has a really good list of the foods that helps promotes beautiful hair growth, BTW she has waist lenght hair, her system works DEN1 followed her program and gained a considerable amount of lenght, I've been doing it for about 8 months now and I have 4.5 inches of new growth (no lie! I had a professional consultation and this is what I was told) sorry for rambling but the advice and tips on this site are valuable you will gain lenght.
