Two questions CHI Transformation System and Deep Brillance Relaxers

I came across these two products while reseaching straightening techniques.

These are reviews...not very good seems to come down to technique in how you apply it. The OP said something about 'baking it' it reminded me of the BKT.

I saw some reviews SuperGirl liked Deep Brillance products but not the relaxer, has anyone recently had success with the relaxer?

I haven't but I heard it's much like the Japanese straightening...harsh and drying.
