Twists and Braid Outs

Do u have to retwist every night or every other night? I notice that after the 2nd night I need to retwist or rebraid. If u do this every night do u add condish or spray with water to keep the look?

I find that I can wear twists for about two days straight, and then on the third day I wear twist outs, then I wash, condition, and start the process over. BTW, I do rewet with a spray bottle to refresh in the AM. HTH

to get hair that last past 2 day usually you need to leave the twist for braid in for a few days

I cornrow or flat twist on a monday rock that style in a low bun or something for a 4-5 days then come the weekend i have a well defined out style

if I braid/twist overnight i will only get 1/2 days if im lucky.
