Instead of using my normal 19 twist pattern, I tried to be fancy and put my hair in a lot more, smaller twists.

I filmed it here: http://youtu.be/1tm7Nvka3Xo

Hmph. Bad idea. Stick to what works. I ended up putting my twist out into a bun. I will redo the twist out later this week, with my normal pattern. I am happy that my hair feels well moisturized though, despite the not so great twist out.

It looks ok to me.. You don't think in about 2 days it would have fluffed out nicely?

I think it looks nice. My hair turns out similar when I do individual twists instead of flat twists (like braids). I get way more consistency and volume when I flat twist. I love the bun though! :yep:

Forget the twist-out! Love the bun! And your hair looks so moisturised, lush and healthy!

SUPER SWEET
Maybe it would have fluffed out a bit but since I have a work event tonight I wanted a more uniform curl pattern. I will retwist this week though.

And now I need to go find those hairpins. That bun is gorgeous.
