What is the exact name of the twinlab amino that you guys take? Is it the liquid fuel one? something else?................

On average I get 1 1/2 inch. On some rear occasions I have been able to get 2 inches.

I also run alot and rinse with conditoner every evening so this helps alot in increasing and maintaining the hair that grows to.

I take 2 servings one in the morning and later at night. It has 15gram of protein. I also eat a diet high in protein and vegetables.

Stupid question, but is this pills, or liquid, etc. Is it a weight gainer or more of a vitamin. My hair has hit a 'plateau' and I am looking for something to 'jump start it' again! TIA!

I personally consider it to be a nutritional supplement more so than anything else. I could be wrong though. Good luck with your plateau.
