Trying to Work the Lace Front...

Hey Ladies,

My stylist has fixed my lace front and I'm now trying to figure out what to do. I'm really trying to break it out this week. I think that the color may be off and I think that I need to thin the front a little, but I don't know how to do it. erplexed Anyway, please take a look at my fotki and give me your thoughts. From what I can see in the pics, it looks nice. Where did u buy it from? I would say to try some thinning shears to help reduce the fullness up front. Thin it out a lil at a time b/c u dont want to go to far b/c once its gone its gone And keep in mind, the wig will probably shed over time. From the pics its doesnt looks wiggy at all but I know that sometimes its hard to see details from pics. And Im not sure what u mean about the color being off but it looks great on you.

Thanks Carmen. Maybe I just need to get used to the hair color. I bought my lace front from his and hers and was getting ready to just give up and sell it. But I think that I can definitely work with it. I think that I do want to darken it though. I love the color of Kelly Rowland's hair. She and I are the same complexion so I am hoping that it wouldn't be too harsh.

Thanks for your feedback ladies. I've never worn a full wig before, so I am a bit nervous about sporting it. It is the Amber Natural Perm (NP) in color #2. It can be somewhat scary b/c I don't want to be called out. Last year though, I had everyone fooled with my half wig. They either thought that it was my hair or a weave. Regardless, I can't wait for my own hair to be long and healthy. It's getting there.
