trying to find a good mild shampoo

Not that castille soap stuff. I dont even know where to get it. but anyway does anyone know a mild shampoo? I used Cream of Nature and i had flakes.

Oh okay. I was really just asking the question because I couldn't believe that ingredient was in a baby shampoo. I knew it didn't have too much of an effect since it was near the end of the ingredient list.
