Last night I practiced perming my hair with Tressemme Remoisturize, and I loved it!!! It made my newgrowth pretty soft, and my relaxed ends smooth!!!! But the thing is, my hair is still breaking, it was before. I was thinking of getting the Tressemme antibreak but does it work? I also cant wait to try the vitamin e moisture but I wonder if there is much of a difference between that one and the remoisturize one. And with my hair breaking, I am afraid to perm my hair, plus this being my first time, but it has to get done. What do you ladies think about the other products i nthe tressemme line up?

I have never used remoisturize, but the Vitamin E Moisture one is

Same here...the only one I've tried is the Vitamin E Moisture Rich. I got the 32 oz poo and con 2/$4 on sale a few months ago..and it was well worth it!

Ditto. It's been one of my staple conditioners for years. I tend to experiment with others but I always keep this one around.

I've used the Moisture Rich, Re-Moisture, Anti-Breakage and Silk Protein/Healthy Volume. I had wonderful results with all four... THe Silk Protein stays in my rotation for CO washes. The Anti-Breakage is part of my big old tub of protein-rich conditioner (a three quart octogonal storage container from Family Dollar) and I just recently used up the second bottle of Moisture Rich. I am on the Just Use it Up Challenge, so....I have to use up what I have, but none of these conditioners failed me. I believe, though, that I got more moisture and slip from the Re-Moisture than the Moisture Rich.

I'm going to have to try that one when I run out of my Moisture Rich.

I used the remoisturize and my hair really liked it. I'm really flaky when it comes to moisturizing conditioners so I moved on to another conditioner when the bottle was done.
My sister uses it though and her hair loves it too.

I use the Remoisturize and my hair loves it!! I haven't tried the Vitamin-E, but my hair is incredibly soft when I am finished and it doesn't hurt my pockets. I love this stuff!!

I just starting using the Vitamin E one and I absolutely love it. It's great for co washes because it's kind of runny, but thick enough to moisturize properly.

I loooooove Tresemme, those conditioners are my ish right there! OMG, it's not even funny. You get a humongous size of conditioner, it's chock full of great ingriedients, smells heavenly and is CHEAP!! I sometimes use it as a leave-in too! I have fallen head over heels with the Moisture Rich, I also have the Remoisturize, Anti-Breakage and Natural conditioners (there was a sale :look: ) that I haven't tried yet. Tresemme is definitely one of the best conditioners available at mass retail drugstore and chains. :yep:

Kristal, the only TRESSEME I've used is the DETANGLE mist in the silver white bottle wih green/black lettering. It is a keeper because I use it mornings on my night time single braid. Once I spritz it on.....my braid begins to unravel immediately on its own with no touching so I know it is for real. Breakage, I strongly recommend APHOGEE 2 STEP and the APHOGEE weekly 2 minute!! Took me a while to release the fear of the 2 step but so glad Kinikakes and many others {don't be annoyed "many others", I know who you are} urged me on.

I used this as the main conditioner on both my daughters' hair for the longest. I do not know why I ever changed. I guess during my PJ splurges, this one fell off my radar. I may go back to it as my co-wash condish. Sorry, I am not very familiar with any of the other Tresemme prods. On a side note, the shampoo is boo boo in a bottle.;)

I thought I was the only one, because I didn't see many people talk about Tresseme on the site, but my husband uses it so I figured why purchase Nexxus for 12 dollars when this big bottle of stuff is in the house, plus I thought it was for white people, no offense to them, but the first time I used it and whe have Remoisture, I was shocked!!

Please don't sleep on Tresemme. I use the the Vit. E shampoo and I love it. I need want to try that remoisturize stuff!:) Their stuff has some nice ingredients for a good price.

My hair salon and Ex uses Tresemme Shampoo and Conditioner and for the reasonable price they definitely seem to get the job done. I like them :yep:

Tresemme recently chaged their ingriedients. I loved the Moisture Rich conditioner, it was low cone and now its high cone and has keratin protein in it. I loathe when companies change ingriedients and Tresemme radically changed the conditioners. I'll take a pass on the new version. :nono:

I was thisclose to putting it on the try it out list because you were using it...and you're like my unofficial hair guinea pig...:look:

Hahaha, I know what you mean! I don't like to try just anything out there until I know it's LHCF bonafide and certified first! :yep:

If there is one thing I am extrememly picky about, it's when companies change ingriedients. Homey don't play that. :naughty:

Oh no!!! Does this mean that they are completely fading out the previous line with the better ingredients. I hate the stocking up thing...I'll just be dissapointed when it ends :,( . Do you know if there is any other drug store line that is comparable? I mean, why the heck would they mess with such a good thing?
