Who can pls tell me what ''PALMER'S HAIR SUCESS GRO TREATMENT WITH VIT.E'' is used for .

If you're actually talking about the hair dressing it can be used like regular hair oil or you can use it as a conditioner. I've used this on and off for years and I will tell you if you have thin spots, short patches it will work wonders..for me anyway. A couple of my friends who had problem spots tried it and had excellent results. This is how I used; after washing my hair i would part my hair and apply it to the scalp and ends only, then I would apply my regular deep conditioner to the rest of the hair and use a heat cap for 30 minutes. I got excellent growth and results. Be warned, you this very sparingly because it can build-up if you use to much, which is the only reason I don't use it more often because my hair is thin. My girlfriend said she used to use it and actually use a light diluted shampoo to rinse out because her hair is super thin. They used to make a lite formula but they no longer sell it. If you decide to use it experiment and adjust to your hair needs. Again all I can tell you it gives excellents results as far as growth.

I used to use this a while back. I never used it for it's intended purpose though. I only used when I straightened my hair with the curling iron. It's turned out nice, but a little heavy. The smell is nice though.
