Transitioners HELPPP!!!!

My ends I noticed are are hard and ruff...any suggestions on good moisterizers or reggies? I was thinking about olny pooing once a month??erplexed When I flat iornn my hair is frizzy and ruff on the ends?

Have you been singing the ends trying to get them super straight?
Have you used a hear protectant?
Do you use too many products on the ends?
Or do you really deep down know that the ends are super dry like breakage dry and spliting up dry?
