Traction Alopecia/ major thinning.how long does it take to grow back??

hey ladies.. i was just wondering .. i have been wearing full weaves for about 4 years and experienced MAJOR thinning, and major hair loss around the hairline... soo .. i took out the bad weave and i started taking GNC ultra nourish hair, cod liver oil tablets, massaging cortisone cream that my derm gave me onto my hair line, sometimes mixing it with MN (but the MN was giving me hives so i dont know how long i can deal with the hive thing). i also ordered boundless tresses on friday (havent started using it yet)....but how long does it take for hair to grow??? its been about a month and i really dont think my hair is growing (my derm did tell me that the hair loss/ thinning did not seem 2 be permanent) ... but woow.. this is taking forever...

is there something more i should be doing?? how long does it take to see NG?? (i just relaxed the hairline after many many years natural, so i really cant remember if this is normal...)

any suggestions?? thanks

I don't know much about alopecia, but Sareca recently did a thread on a product call Ovation Cell Therapy. It's mainly used for thinning hair or hair loss.
