TOOK MSM & DIDN\'T KILL OVER Thanx OnceUponATime

Well I am supposed to be allergic to sulfur but I think it was the unpure medicinal kind. It would make me break out, itch and have trouble breathing. That was after once dose within a few minutes.

Thanks to a very sweet member, Once Upon A Time, providing me with a little extra knowledge and understanding of the supplement I was able to take a dose with no adverse affects. I won't be going to the emergency room!

Once Upon a time I just wanted to shout out...THANK YOU!

Thanks you for providing me with the extra knowledge I needed to do this without suffering severe side effects. I will keep my dosage small until I am 100% sure that I will be ok.

DSD, I'm glad you're not having any problems, but just take it slowly to be safe. If, however, it turns out that you're really not allergic to MSM, good luck with the supplement and I'd love to hear your results.

Thanks ladies. I am being extra careful. I only started off with a tiny dose I will gradually build up the dose as I get more confident that my body is ok with it!

If there is such thing, you are too thoughtful! I'm pretty new to the hair care/health regimine, so I've lurked this board to springboard my new found knowledge. This board lead me to research and ask some experts in the health field. I think I got really good and credible info and I'm so happy it was benificial.

So, I thank the ladies of LHCF for the helping learn enough to support you in "our" quest!

Mly, I couldn't find the thread that the info was posted on so I wasn't quite sure who else to shout out to! I believe it was you who told me that MSM was natural and it is already in our body. You posted an article that really helped me decide to go ahead with it. I truly appreciate your support and advice. What would I do without my wonderful hair sisters? So I want to shout out "THANK YOU MLY" for being so helpful and supportive in my quest to take on MSM.
