How do you keep your curls all week??? I can have a cute rollerset (like the pic in my avatar... I'm so proud of myself  ), but no matter how much I try, I wake up to smashed curls. :wallbash:

I use EQP setting lotion and use a satin bonnet, but it doesn't seem to work.

Do you use a certain setting lotion or a special bonnet??? I would like to have my rollerset as a low maintenaince style, but I can't keep my curls pretty.

Help!!!!!!

I just don't comb my hair for the whole week. At night, I just wear a thin satin bonnet over my curls. In the morning, I take the bonnet off and fluff my curls with my fingers and go! ;)

pin curl your hair at night, once you remove the curls in the morning, you will have a beautiful head of curls. Plus you won't have to sleep in rollers. Do a search. Some ladies have how to's on pincurls.

I do the same thing! I love it!

I agree on the pin curls stuff...it's very easy to do. I do mine while im watching tv at night and it's faster than rollersetting. I've given up on that.

What exactly are carouso rollers??

Caruso rollers are steam rollers. You put the rollers on steam and then you curl your hair with it. It gives you hair instant curls, like a curling iron, except that it's healthier for your hair because it curls by the use steam. An added plus is that the steam puts moisture back into your hair.
They're great! :woot: (I just got some)

hth!

I either put hair in a loose bun secured with a hairpin or clip and tie down OR put in 1 to 3 magnetic rollers in center of head (like a mohawk) and tie down. The bun is super easy and gives my hair a "flipped" up look, all I do is finger comb in the morning -- sometimes I don't even do that, just undo bun usually in the car!! shake and go -- this is what I do 95% of the time 'cause its easy and I'm lazy and I like the carefree look.

I use the magnetic rollers when I want my hair to look especially smooth and nice - I use different sizes depending on how tight I want the curl, but usually I put one purple roller (where the bun would be) and hair comes sleeker than then the bun, with a slight curl under that is soft, loose and bouncy.

My rollsets last all week. I've gone as long as 2 weeks but couldn't WAIT to wash -- I'm a weekly washer but I know I rock my hair for 2 weeks if necessary using the above methods. HTH
