To close to touchup to Apogee??

Since last April Ive been stretching my relaxers to every 3 months, Ive seen the most growth by doing this but just before my next touchup, everything goes downhill. Im about 1 week from my next relaxer, and I'm having serious breakage issues (Most of which I can contribute to using my flat iron more than usual). Can I aphogee now or should I wait until after, or is aphogee not a good idea

Doing an Aphogee 1 week prior to and 1 week after your relaxer is an excellent way to end breakage and strengthen your hair. Just remember that you should follow your aphogee treatment with a moisturizing conditioner.
