To Bang or Not to Bang ..... that is THE question

hi ladies,

ive been debating on whether i wanted to cut bangs or not for awhile now.. i finnnnnallly grew em out.. and they reached my lips... but tonight, it happened...

my inspiration was

i freakin love this girl and her style... and the bangs rock... so i did it..
hope i dont get sick of em too quick.. i tried to keep em as long as i could so theyd grow out quick lol.. orignally, i wanted to try a full head sew in for the first time and get bangs, but friends kept telln me 'dont doo it' lol, so right now i have a sew in in this photo.. with my front hair left out where i ended up cuttin THE bangs..

i know im not the only one who goes thru this dilemma lol.

OP, I don't see why you shouldn't do what you want to your hair. When I see a style that involves more than trimming, I usually re-evaluate my long term goals, sleep on it for a few days, and then if I still want the style, I go for it.

OP, I've gone back and forth with myself about cutting my bangs more times than I can count. I've cut the tons of times on whim.

Had a bad day... I'd cut my bangs...

Scissors left absentmindedly on my desk... I'd cut my bangs...

Got bored with my hair... cut my bangs...

Past women on the street whose bangs looked reeeeeeeeeeeally good... I'd have my bangs cut.

They're the fastest growing part of my hair *shrug* why not snip away?

I got pixie bangs cut 2 months ago. I brought in this exact same pic of Christina Aquilera to my stylist and I said "I want this!" They were oh-so cute until I got oh-so bored with them.

Don't get me wrong..I rocked them and I got lots of compliments. But now I wish I hadn't cut them.
