Will you get the same result regardless of how you apply it? Today I broke down and bought it .The instructions are very detailed. It would seem to me that with a product like this you can apply it how ever you want and still get results. I do plan to use it 3 times a week as stated, but how to apply it seems a bit funny to me.

I simply apply it to my scalp. I also apply it my wet hair when I airdry and I apply it when I flat iron. You can use it pretty much anyway you choose.

I think it works best to me on damp hair. My hair is super moisturized. And the smell fades to let the fragrance of other products through.

Try applying it sparingly because it takes a while to get used to the smell. Do not saturate your hair.

ITA on all counts. When I used use it on dry hair, the smell would tend to linger.

I just applied some of it a min ago. The smell did not bother me and my hair is moist. So far I am loving it.

also it says to use it several times a week i think, and to brush it completely thru. i only use it once a week and just scrunch it into my coils before i plop. been working just fine for almost 2 years.
