Tips on cowashing with a sewin

I am going to by the EP RT tomorrow. I was wondering what is the best way to keep the hair fresh looking since I like to cowash once a week.

Use an applicator bottle for everything, so dilute conditioner in this and aim for the hair on your scalp then use the showerhead to thoroughly rinse pressing firmly close to your head, also use the flow of the water to detangle, don't pile the hair on your head and scrub, squeeze along the length of the extension and leave down to dry thoroughly (even if you blowdry the extensions)...
